Membership Application for Pop's Dogs Space

The membership fee for one year for access to this private dog space is $20, per household.

This fee maintains the space, allows for beautification and general upkeep. You will be contacted to arrange pick-up of your key, upon successful completion of your application. Please be sure you provide correct contact details, including phone and e-mail.

    My dog's are not wearing current tags, but I certify that the dog/s are current on rabies shots, and will remain current as long as they are members of Pop's Dogs.

  32. CONTRACT REGULATIONS

    By agreeing to this contract you, the buyer(s), have purchased for your dog(s) a membership in Pop's Dog Space. Buyer(s) agree(s) that the membership fees are non-refundable in the event that your membership is cancelled due to non compliance of the rules.

    Buyer(s) agree(s) that the membership is not transferable to another dog owner.

    RULES AND REGULATIONS

    Please click checkbox by each rule to indicate that you have read it, understand it, and agree to abide by it.

    Do not make copies or share your key with others so that they may enter the dog space. Membership is required to enter Pop's Dogs space for the protection of everyone. Disregard of this rule WILL result in termination of your membership.

    ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS ALLOWED THAT ARE AGGRESSIVE TO CHILDREN OR ADULTS!!!

    YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for the dogs you bring to the space, and everything they do. Pop's Playground & Pop's Dogs are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any harm to you or your dog and you assume the risk of such harm!

    Dogs that are dog anxious or dog aggressive MUST WEAR A RED BANDANA inside the dog space. Red bandana dogs must wait for the space to be empty prior to entering. If another member is waiting to use the space Red Bandana dogs have 5 minutes to finish and exit the space.

    PICK UP your dog's POOP. Tie it up in a bag. No loose poop in the cans!

    Respect our neighbors and CONTROL BARKING at all times.

    All dogs MUST be current on vaccinations.

    Puppies under four months should not be brought to the dog space.

    Spayed or Neutered dogs recommended; dogs in heat should never be brought to the space.

    Dogs must be on a leash prior to entering the space and upon exiting the space. Owners must have a leash for each dog with them at all times; each dog must wear a collar while in the dog space. Please refrain from allowing dogs inside Pop's Playground aside from the designated dog space.

    No more then two dogs per member since YOU are responsible for their behavior.

    Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

    DO NOT leave dogs unattended in the dog space for any amount of time- when you leave the space your dog(s) must leave with you.

    If you break these rules then your membership to this dog space WILL BE REVOKED and your dues will not be refunded. Pop's dogs reserve the right to change or modify these rules and will post any changes as soon as they take place.

    I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all of the Contract Regulations, and the Rules and Regulations. I understand that Pop's Dog Space reserves the right to alter or amend its rules at any time and any changes to these rules will be posted inside the dog space.
